Depending on the amount of training you need, calls related to terminal products can take between five and 20 minutes, and software and internet products can take between 10 and 45 minutes. Our team can help you with setup, training and any product support questions you may have.
Prior to calling, please have on hand:
Your Merchant ID (found at the top of your statement)
Your Tax ID (for security verification)
Kit and equipment (i.e. cables, manuals, stickers, and/or software set up discs)
Access to the internet if using Converge
